3 Bed Georgian Terraced House

This 3 bedroom, Georgian terraced property in the desirable town of Frome, was purchased below market value, post- auction after it failed to sell. Despite being in habitable condition, it had been rented out for a number of years and was dated.

When we bought the property, there was no space for a table in the kitchen, something that put- off other buyers. We overcame this by filling in a doorway between the kitchen and utility room to create a bespoke cosy seating area in the kitchen alcoves.

The courtyard garden was transformed by altering what was a dilapidated shed and turning it into a covered seating area, increasing the sense of useable space.
