Our Story
Davedass Mootanah
Davedass is a British property developer with 12 years of experience, having completed 12 development projects since 2014. He is the sole director of Clear Horizon Property Group Ltd (Company No. 12307293), formed in November 2019.
In addition to development projects, Davedass actively invests in HMOs and manages his own property portfolio.

He previously ran a lettings and property management business, providing him with strong operational insight throughout the property lifecycle.
Prior to property, Davedass gained professional experience in banking, the renewables and charity sectors. He holds an Economics & Finance degree from the University of York and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge, underpinning his financial, strategic and commercial approach at Clear Horizon Property.

Celia Ranson
Celia is a British property developer with a background in building surveying and hands-on operational experience. Since 2020, she has completed 6 development projects and has managed luxury serviced accommodation since 2018.
Before investing in property, Celia obtained a First-Class Honours degree in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England.
In addition to her development work, she has professional experience in estate agency and runs WeDeclutter, a profitable home organisation business. Celia contributes strong technical, organisational and client-focused skills to Clear Horizon Property.
